Annual Conference of the Federal Association 2026

In the first part of the study day—following up on the online training session held in February—we aim to continue working together on the document regarding student residence pastoral care. Your concerns and suggestions have been incorporated into the attached draft. Our goal is to collaboratively develop a document that can be presented to key stakeholders—including the Bishops' Conference, individual dioceses, and major associations such as the Federal Association for the Catholic Church at Universities—to highlight the immense importance of the work we do in and for student residences.

In the second part of the study day, we wish to address the desire for greater exchange by offering "peer consultation" (Kollegiale Beratung). This is a structured discussion format in which colleagues support one another in dealing with challenges encountered in their day-to-day work.
